U.S. Customers
For our U.S. customers we ship with either FedEx, UPS, or USPS, depending on the checkout selection and customer preference. We ship orders fully insured with signature required. If you wish to waive the signature requirement, please contact us in writing and let us know.
We try to get all orders shipped out within 5 business days of receiving the order. We're a small team and sometimes orders go slightly slower than that, but we are always working as quickly as we can to fulfill your order.
If you have special delivery requirements (expedited shipping, being away from home at time of delivery, or a preferred delivery service), please let us know right away and we will do what we can to accomodate your request.
Non-U.S. Customers
For our global customers we prefer to ship via FedEx International. FedEx acts as the customs broker and you should not need to provide any paperwork or documentation to FedEx for delivery. If you are contacted and asked for additional paperwork, please let us know and we will work with FedEx and/or the customs agency directly to ensure all of the necessary paperwork is provided.
If you require any additional paperwork, documentation, or information to be included with your shipment to help with your delivery, please let us know right away and we will do our best to include whatever is needed.

We fill out all of the appropriate customs documentation to accurate reflect your order, including that the devices are built here in California and should be subject to preferential trade agreements if applicable.
You will likely be contacted by the delivery service prior to delivery to ensure the address is correct and that you are home at time of delivery.
