Common Questions

Some samples are tricky to test or give weird readings. We're here to help! Send a description of the sample you're testing, how you're testing it (which device you're using), and the result you're getting. Our team is happy to help you understand and assess the results.
If you think your device needs some attention, please let us know either through the website, over the phone, or via email. Our support team will work with you to troubleshoot any issues and set up a repair as needed. Some issues we can resolve in the field, other issues we need to see the device in-house to fix. In any case, our goal is to always ensure you have a device that's working properly.
Absolutely! We are happy to offer customer service, repairs, and warranty coverage to our customers worldwide. Email, call, or WhatsApp us to get the process started.
It depends. Our customer service team will try to troubleshoot any issues remotely first, then set up a repair if necessary. The time for a specific repair can vary, but it usually takes about 3 - 5 business days once the device arrives back to us. We'd be happy to give you a more accurate estimate when we set up the repair.
It's very rare, but sometimes our devices get knocked around in shipping or something gets broken. It happens, and we're here to correct it.
There is no charge for units that come in for a warranty repair or recalibration. If your device is out of warranty, there may be a charge depending on the issue, and we handle those one a case-by-case basis. The potential charges are outlined in our warranty document (linked on this page above).
